Carol L. Folt

Folt was installed as the eleventh chancellor of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on University Day, October 12, 2013, the first woman to hold the post. She took the oath of office in Polk Place from Chief Justice Sarah Parker, with system president Tom Ross presiding.
