The Friends Behind It
161 members stood behind the library in 2025, as recorded in that year's minutes. Membership is the steady base every book sale and grant is built on.

Volunteers Made It Possible
The semiannual sales and the ongoing shelf are run entirely by volunteers. Reserves ended the year at $43,185 — the cushion that lets the Friends give even in lean years.

What the Friends Funded in 2025
The projects below came to $11,106, of which $7,480 was granted straight to the library; the rest supported programs, appreciation, and community projects. More than $113,900 granted to the library since 2017.

Summer Reading in 2025
A Rainbow of Possibilities
The Community Resource Fair joined the kickoff at River Park, with thirty-five local organizations on the field. It was the largest summer in the state’s records, and adults finished the season with a luncheon featuring two local novelists.
