Perry Deane Young
Perry Deane Young wrote a column for the Chapel Hill Herald from 1996 to 2003. He entered UNC in 1959, left, and returned to graduate in 1994. Sent to Vietnam by United Press International in 1968, he wrote Two of the Missing (1975) and co-wrote The David Kopay Story (1977).
