Arthur Wells

Arthur Wells chaired the Cedar Grove Advisory Council of Cedar Grove School in northern Orange County. In 1966 he and Oscar Beasley asked the county school board to paint the school's lunchroom and give it a hard-surfaced playground, and in 1968 he and principal George Pierce asked for basketball goals and better lighting.
