Henry W. Lewis

Henry Wilkins Lewis (1916–2004) joined the faculty of the Institute of Government at Chapel Hill in 1946 and was its director from 1973 to 1979. He was the Institute's authority on election law and the property tax, and a leading churchman at the Chapel of the Cross.
