John Bunting

John Bunting, a 1972 graduate of the University of North Carolina, became the university's head football coach in December 2000 and was told in October 2006, his sixth season, that he would not return. His Tar Heels won the Peach Bowl after the 2001 season and beat fifth-ranked Florida State in 2001 and fourth-ranked Miami in 2004.
