O. E. Bivins
O. E. Bivins of Hillsboro owned the Bivins Basket Factory with C. A. Bivins. The plant stood just east of the town on the Durham-Greensboro highway and was being used mostly to store supplies when a fire of unknown cause razed it on March 12, 1941.
