R. C. Turner

R. C. Turner was a minister of the United Holy Church in Hillsborough. He was one of the leaders who organized Mebane Chapel in 1913, and the congregation built its church near Union Street the next year with thirty-five members. By 1949 he was pastor of the Temple of Truth church, and in 1963 he was one of the three surviving charter members of Mebane Chapel.
