John A. Parker and F. Stuart Chapin, Jr. reported to the State Department's Division of Exchange of Persons on a training program that brought eleven German citizens to the United States to study city planning between 8 March and 30 June 1950. The typescript carries a letter of transmittal, short evaluations of each participant, travel itineraries to the cities studied, and Chapin's notes on planning methods.
