Lucinda Munger

Commissioners reject closing the Carrboro and Cedar Grove branch libraries Facing recession cuts while opening the new Hillsborough main library, the county manager proposed closing the Carrboro branch at McDougle School and the Cedar Grove branch and moving their staff to the new building.
