David Mason Jr.

David Mason Jr. was one of the Chapel Hill Nine, Lincoln High School students who organized one of the town's earliest sit-ins and were indicted in 1960 for trespassing at Colonial Drug Co. on West Franklin Street. He is the father of Chapel Hill historian Danita Mason-Hogans.
