  2. Founding or opening · Little River Presbyterian Church Little River Presbyterian Church is organized

    Hugh McAden led the organization of Little River Presbyterian Church, with Henry Pattillo as its first pastor.

  3. Orange County Henry Pattillo becomes pastor of the Hawfields, Eno and Little River churches

    Henry Pattillo moved to Orange County as pastor of the Hawfields, Eno and Little River Presbyterian churches and served them for nine years, becoming known as "Father Pattillo." He was the first regularly installed minister at Eno.

  5. Construction or physical change · Little River Presbyterian Church Little River Presbyterian Church builds a brick church

    Little River Presbyterian, organized in 1761, replaces its church with a brick building in the 1940s. The large cemetery around it is one of the county's oldest.
