July 19, 1918 The Orange County Red Cross sends $120 for canteen work among troops passing through Raleigh Answering James H. Pou's appeal, the executive committee voted on John W. Graham's motion on July 19, 1918 to send $120 from chapter funds to Mrs. William Grimes of the Raleigh chapter for troops passing through Raleigh.
