    Stewart E. Dunaway's 617-page study of two colonial land speculators: Henry McCulloh (about 1700 to 1779), the Londoner whose large Crown grants included land between the Northeast Cape Fear and Black rivers and tracts inside the Granville District, and his son Henry Eustace McCulloh (died about 1810). Facsimiles, maps and genealogical tables support the text, with a bibliography and index. Privately published through Lulu in 2011 and reissued in February 2013.
