Volunteers are still needed for the 33rd Annual Candlelight Tour on December 8, 2019. The theme this year is “Books by Candlelight,” highlighting some of our well-known local authors. Proceeds from the Tour help support the Friends and the Library, and the Tour would not be possible without volunteers. All volunteers receive a free ticket to the Tour.
We will also be presenting a special film as part of the day’s events at 1 p.m. in the Meeting Room of the Library: Charlie Chaplin’s The Kid and the first full length animated film, Prince Ahmed, a stop-action silhouette creation. Italian Christmas cookies will be served.
