They answer the governor's messages and resolves of the Continental Congress and take up a petition from Wilmington inhabitants. Names include Alexander Martin, Abner Nash, Henry Pattillo, William Sharpe and John Springer; Quakers, slavery, soldiers' wages and the Continental Navy also appear. 116 pages.
