James Logan, entry taker of Lincoln County, Henry Irwin Toole, David Miller of Rutherford County and Mary Moody all sought relief, and Moody's petition was turned down. Loyalists, robbery, murder, impressment, Griffith Rutherford and Hillsborough appear in the papers.
