Five items of Thomason family papers spanning 1833 to 1967, photocopies and typed transcriptions whose originals had not been located when the copies were described. Part of the Southern Historical Collection at UNC, collection 3872-z. Subjects include Kemp P. Battle, Solomon Lea and Sarah Williams Kittrell Goree, and reach from social life in Chapel Hill and the nineteenth century university to yellow fever in Texas.
