Letters of Thomas Williamson Jones, 1788 to 1824, dated 1808 to 1836. The work describes a student's world at the University of North Carolina, including the riots there, with further material touching college life at Williams College in Massachusetts and medical study at the University of Pennsylvania. Family and social life at Warrenton and in Virginia also appear. Part of the Southern Historical Collection at UNC, collection 3684-z.
