Charles Wilson Harris, 1771 to 1804, is the figure behind papers dated 1765 to 1924. The papers concern his eighteenth century faculty service at Chapel Hill and later legal career, along with Charles and Robert Wilson Harris, Presbyterians and Poplar Tent Church in Cabarrus County, and the history of Concord and Chapel Hill.
