Scrapbooks, photograph albums and papers of Claudia Couch Cannady (1926 to 2016), dating from 1927 to 2003 and filling seven linear feet. She managed the Chapel Hill Weekly office, assisted Mayor James C. Wallace, and was the first woman in Orange County to write a sports column. Collection CHHS.013 of the Chapel Hill Historical Society.
