John T. Caldwell, then chancellor of North Carolina State University at Raleigh, spoke at the Chapel Hill graduation exercises on 11 May 1975 under the title Two dimensions. The News Bureau of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill printed the address in seven unnumbered pages.
