The spring book sale will be held March 8-11, 2018, at the Orange County Public Library main branch in Hillsborough. We need volunteers to:
- help set up on Monday and Tuesday
- sell books at the opening reception on Thursday evening
- sell books on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- break down on Sunday evening
If you can volunteer, please sign up by clicking here or contacting Shannon Turlington (shannon.turlington@gmail.com). If you cannot work a full shift as specified on the sign-up sheet, that is fine–just note the hours you are available or send an email with that information. We welcome volunteers for as much time as you can give! As a reminder, all volunteers receive five free books.
The Friends will host a pre-book sale donation drive in the meeting room of the main branch of the Library on Sunday, March 4.
We will also be hosting a members-only reception on the evening of Thursday, March 8. Preview the book sale, socialize with fellow Friends, and take the opportunity to renew your membership if you haven’t already done so.
