Financial support from the Friends helps ensure the Orange County Public Library can fund vital summer learning programming, and get books and learning materials into the hands of children throughout Orange County.
The raffle will run from March 1 – 31. A winner will be chosen randomly via a random number generator app on April 1.

Vacation offer details:
Five-night stay at the comfy Cackalacky Cabin, located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Beech Mountain, North Carolina. Pets welcome!
Cabin is just 1/2 mile from Beech Mountain Ski Resort and a half-hour drive from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Hiking, waterfalls, river tubing, and Watauga Lake are within easy drives. The area offers fun and beauty in every season.
The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 8 people. The main floor has two queen bedrooms with a jack-and-jill bath. The loft above the main floor has one twin bed and one full-sized bed. The basement bedroom is a separate space with its own entrance and has a full bath with shower stall plus a full-size washer and dryer. The basement bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be separated into two twin beds if preferred. The living room and all bedrooms have TVs with Roku. The relaxing outside deck has a porch swing, rocking chairs, and chaise lounges. The cabin also has a picnic table and fire pit for outdoor fun.
Rental offered for dates through March 31, 2022. Blackout dates May 26 – June 2 and Dec. 20 – Dec. 31. Checkin is at 2:00 p.m. and checkout is at noon. Availability subject to prior rental agreement, however the cabin is rented on a limited basis so lots of great dates are open. Members of the Board of the Orange County Public Library and their families and employees of the Orange County Public Library are not eligible to enter.
