To all our Friends: Thank you! Your participation brought us another successful book sale! Think of yourself as part of a movement to Create a Passion to Read.
We sold hundreds of books and raised over $2,600. We also donated many boxes of leftover children’s and teen books to Harvest Books NC and to the Girl Scouts’ outreach to the Ronald McDonald House. We had three exciting readings by local authors: Gloria Glenn, Joyce Allen, and Daniel Wallace.
