Year in Review: Events: Comic Con, Local Authors, 2 last Friday screenings of ET and Wall-ee.

Book Sales: our biggest source of revenue. We held 4 of them this year, since we had record numbers of donations. Volunteer run. $12,000 earned from book sale events. $2,000 from our ongoing book sale, $1,000 from our online sales.

Library supported we funded: nearly $20,000. Building a community engagement division (physical facility), summer learning programs, matched a grant for library outreach, funded staff to attend a training on equity and inclusion, funded staff to attend an innovative user group, purchased a new projector for the meeting room, purchased new signage for the upstairs of the library.

Business today is to elect the board: Slate of 11; Melissa Bourbon, Samantha Bryant, Stacie Gamble, Gail and Michael Corrado, Grace Johnston, Diane Kelly, James Maxey, Wendy Scott, Dee Striebling, Shannon Turlington. Elected unanimously.

Next Library Book Sale: January 23-26 short sale, April 19-24, July 23-26, October 15-25.

Nancy Crewes: Library hopes for funding: redesign for the children’s area (new furnishings and rearrangement), 10 year anniversary, summer learning

Lucinda: library director: seeking a replacement for Andrea; their budget year starts next month. Talking about going fine free to remove barriers for access. New technology grants: circulation modules and checkout machines. Will remove security gates.

Stephanie Knop outreach program: takes books out to community centers and helps with .

Libby: communications librarian
