One Day Sale: April 30 Yes, we may use meeting room for staging room is reserved for the week before April 25-30 Ask Stacey to go assess the book pile before deciding whether we’ll have a book drive to go with this. Stacey: will we have someone come and take what we didn’t sell again? Nancy will contact city for permissions Shannon will check on tablet functionality and Samantha will coordinate with James for Square if needed

*Have the tablet fully charged and ready for credit card sales, notebook to record sales, pens, membership applications, and cash ($200—$100 in fives, $40 in ones, $60 in tens).
E. MARKETING STUFF
*Stacey will handle social media *News of Orange County, Libby, Next Door, WCHL etc. *Inform local schools/librarians that kids get one free book. Diane: flyer on Canva (Maybe Libby at library) Grace (with support from Shannon): email to group

Chamber of Commerce we have re-upped, but not much is happening right now
