Treasurer’s report
- The Treasurer presented the annual income and expenses for the Friends, summarized in the financial report here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZL6xK8fBSIvbwtfiEEUR7GQOhZ0pQxRo9LNZw25KQXY/edit?usp=share_link
- The FOCPL ended the year with a total of $33,210.11 in the bank accounts. Income and expenses were fairly balanced with a net decrease for 2022 of $567.51.
Approval of slate of board members

Board voted to authorize members Diane Kelly and Melissa Bourbon Ramirez as new signatories on the bank account.
Agreement that 2023 meetings will keep the same schedule, but will start at 7:00 p.m. (unanimous))
